Our B Corp journey
As a B Corp, Appointedd is now part of a global community that uses business as a force for good. This means we’re balancing purpose and profit, and continuously aiming for higher environmental and social standards.
The application process was rigorous and made us take a long hard look in the mirror. Overall the certification process took us 9 months, but it was so worth it. The B Corp badge doesn’t ust mean we meet the highest environmental and social standards, but also commits us to keeping these high standards up long-term.
How to become a B Corporation
To become a Certified B Corporation every part of a business is assessed across five key areas: Governance, Environment, Workers, Community and Customers.
A company must achieve a minimum of 80 points in the B Impact Assessment to become B Corp Certified and we’re delighted to have achieved 85.7!
