Appointments are converting at anywhere between 50 and 80%... I think the huge headline for us was the bank holiday weekend. Across the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday we had taken 1,046 appointments, from not having a booking system in place two weeks before. Yeah, we were just blown away with it.
