You can now track the progress of a customer through their appointment booking by setting a status on their booking. There are three possible statuses:

  • A tick indicates an arrived status
  • A person with an x indicates a no show
  • A door with an arrow indicates a complete status

By default, a booking has no status. You can see the status icon of a booking in the calendar screen in the bottom right-hand corner of the booking, and hover over to see the full status. In agenda view, statuses are always shown and you can filter the list by status.

You can set a status easily in the booking dialogue for any booking. And for group bookings, you can set a status for each of the participants individually.
