Appointedd’s Customer Solutions Team are the lovely people who – you guessed it – talk to our customers, listen to their feedback, and devise the solutions that make everyone’s lives easier.

Job title Customer Solutions Manager
What does your role involve day-to-day? I work between our internal departments and our customers and users to ensure that Appointedd’s service continues to wow users and superpower organizations. Day-to-day, it varies from working with customers to roll out Appointedd to dozens of locations, to analysing customer requests and feeding back to the product team.
What’s the nicest thing a customer has said to you about Appointedd? I’m so lucky that I get to work with and visit such a variety of customers so regularly. The welcome and genuine gratitude you receive at this point speaks for itself! One small business told me that Appointedd saved them 15 manual hours scheduling per week – it was amazing to know that Appointedd freed them up to get on with providing their services.
If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why? I like to think I’d fit right in to medieval Scotland, prancing around the heather-covered hills and wild swimming… but I recognize that there would be a lot more to it than that!

What does your role involve day-to-day? Keeping in touch with our enterprise and SME clients, supporting them by answering questions they may have and resolving issues they may experience.
What’s the nicest thing a customer has said to you about Appointedd? One customer was sincerely thankful, saying how much they appreciated the effort the team and I made to answer their questions and that we gave some good food for thought on how they can best use Appointedd – made my day!
If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why? My favourite period of history has always been the very end of the 19th century, right before WW1 – such an interesting era with the industrial revolution and the tensions around creating a new world order.

What does your role involve day-to-day? A little bit of everything but mostly focused around coming up with solutions to improve our product and the customer experience across our whole business, so that it’s as streamlined and successful as they hope it to be.
What’s the nicest thing a customer has said to you about Appointedd? The first customer I ever spoke to and brought over to Appointedd recently got in touch to let me know that since joining they have gone from strength to strength. They’re now expanding into multiple locations, and Appointedd helped them reach this milestone. For me this is what Appointedd, and my role, is all about, and I’m so pleased to be apart of their journey.
If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why? Back to better times when Irn-Bruhadn’t changed their recipe.
